French with a Little Cuban Flair!

I believe this is a French-made doll, and I'm not sure if the hair comb was added by the previous owner or by the store that sold her. The comb is marked, "Perfumeria El Lazo de Oro," a store, located in Havana, Cuba as shown in the photo, below, from a 1940 advertisement. Click the photos to see the source. The translation of El Lazo de Oro is The Gold Tie (Ribbon, Loop, Lasso, Bow, or Noose).
